Throughout my lil’ time in Berlin, i liked the city and always take back the city to myself, well at least i tried.. it was until i touched foot again on Sweden today, that i realize just how much i really really miss sweden. It gave me a very homely feeling, even some sense and glimpse of those feeling that i feel when i am back in Malaysia.

Feels more of where i would like to be.. don’t get me wrong, Berlin is an amazing place, different feel different setup.. and a place that i shall be based for the coming few more months.. but if there is a choice of a 2nd home, it is a simple decision.. Must be the meatballs.. must be the swedish butter..

Officially, this is my 1st attempt really wanting to get it going with skating. What is so hard bout moving on ice?! Tried it a couple of time in Sunway Pyramid but I wasn’t really serious then, was more social and acting stupid rather than really wanting to skate.

This time, I was, for once.. determined.. and while being truly focused.. someone just had to shoot me so hard from behind.. When i realized it and sensed being shot from behind, of course.. i will, well let’s just say, got a little excited.. oh and before clicking it, kindly massage ur neck a little, this video was “intentionally” shot in 90 degrees twist mode, made “purposely” for neck spraining viewing.

no fingers were sliced off in the making of this video. Got a bumped butt and wet my pants but i’m afraid, that i might get addicted to skating.. now that there are so many frozen lakes out there~

And so i’ve aged a lil’ bit more again.. it’s that bitchy cycle of number tat occurs every 365 days and honestly, i usually don’t make much biggie deal out of it..

A typical sunset by a lake? Look closer, and harder.. i really mean, HARDer.. ok another angle maybe..

And the focus is not on the sunset view shots.. it is more towards the ppl who are actually walking on the lake?!

again to state it here, this is a lake and ppl can actually skate on it.. holy cow..

Being a little bit chickeny, especially after few cracking ultrasonic sounds from beneath the frozen lake, it’s only normal to run the heck up to the shore.. and do some cam whorings..

New year eve 2008, i happily opted to spend it out of the busy crowded city of Berlin, choosing gladly to skip the massive Berlin Open End Silvester Party, have some good time out of the city.

Kulturhof Wünsdorf, an artist establishment on a pretty traditional setup believed to be of more than 100 years old. Where artist gather and work their arts especially during summer seasons.. it’s amazing to see some not so mainstream stuffs being displayed over the place..

Thought tat the shadowey naked sculpture would be more artistic (ok u perverts i admit my intention to disappoint u :p) The place was not typical hostel or all those conventional amenities, which made the stay much more fun and unique..

Heating was very important especially when the temperature gets till -10 degrees, and it was another sort of coolness to actually chop woods with real axes to burn it in the broilers. An action tat is a necessity not a luxury to prevent frozen human balls beings shivering around the house.

There were some childhood reminiscing, been years since i last played firecrackers~ it felt specially warm to see it sparkling in damn cold nights.. just got the tendency to grab the sparklers, with gloves la of course..

Also got exposed to a new card game, kakerlake poker, which translates to “cockroach poker”.. and while doing so, got a new favourite bug, the STINKWanze, green stinky bug.. it was a game i enjoyed and would be glad to take on any challenge. It’s non-gambling so i would highly endorse it. , just hope genting do not make it into casino-friendly stuff, then it would be too commercialized..

The night was really cold, the wood heater in the room is pretty not existence.. my balls really really shrank hard small. But i felt real thankful of some warmth sharing from “housemate”, no kinky thoughts pls, let’s just say that i got extra covers.

And when i open my eyes for the 1st time in 2009 by a gentle push on my side tat i would not forget, the whole surrounding changed from clear sky star watching to angelic white snow all over. And the lake transformed from warmy yellowey to cold harder whitey..

ps1: hope that 2009 has been kind and sweet to all u guys out there~ *yawn, boring statement but definitely not overrated, and i definitely meant my sincerity in wishing u all that~

ps2: thanks to all the birthday wishes, to get such sweet “pollution” on my facebook wall was really heart warming~ i would also like to apologize for those that sent birthday sms wishes to my malaysian/swedish mobile number as it is not in used now, and the german number being temporary, thought the hassle wasn’t really required.
